Is this your blog? There is a controversial kennel expansion going through near me at the moment with planning permission going through Aylesbury Vale District Council at the moment. You could find it online in Thame Gazette the article is called Kennels Critics Barked Down. This kennel claim to have the backing of the RSPCA, then further into the paper is a piece by The Blue Cross lamenting the number of dogs including pregnant bitches being handed in.

I asked the RSPCA if they did indeed back this proposal, and they said they would look into it and get back to me, but as usual I am still waiting for them to reply.
