Shouldn't be a problem, happens to my dogs all the time despite baby gates. That it is of course unless the bitch swallowed a lot of cat litter. I had a nursing bitch get really ill once when she raided a litter tray and ended up eating a lot of cat litter (as it gets stuck to it), she had to be kept in at vet's overnight and then developed mastitis due to being away from the pups and then an abscess so it was the domino effect. Type of cat litter matters as well -if it is clumping clay it is more dangerous as it turns into almost concrete when wet. So the long and the short of it is, unless you think she's eaten a lot of cat litter I wouldn't worry, if she could have done, watch her closely.
