Has anyone bought anything through them?  Any problems?

I have done a few offer for restaurants, spas and hotels etc. Just read the conditions ie when you can use the voucher, if it's hotels some are not valid for weekends ( to boost the midweek trade) I also use trip advisor to check them out first as sometimes they have been left disasterous reviews, hence them trying to get business in.
So I have had no problem, it also helps if you know when you want to go and book immediately as they get very booked up, once there were no slots left and the voucher expired before I could use it.

You should be able to get a refund from Groupon in this instance, I have had to do this a couple of times when they were just inundated and I couldn't get reservations/appointments.

I've used them for various different things, not had a problem yet.
