
She doesn't need physical tiring out for bed but mental, that works quicker.
She will be confused if the routine she has been used to suddenly changes, she is still very much a pup and won't understand why her previous antics are no longer acceptable, this is why I don't allow behaviour that I won't be happy with for the rest of their lives, somethings can be funny initially, nipping,licking,jumping up,begging for human food and constant attention seeking but they soon wear thin so it is time at the start to stop this and teach the pup to amuse themselves at certain times of the day, human meal times for example and to praise and reward them for doing it well.
Using extra special treats to keep them occupied in their bed/crate so any interest in you is lost at that time,
bones, stuffed/frozen kongs or chicken wings have worked here in the past, now any new additions take their clues from the rest of the pack so when I say bed they will follow the rest till I indicate they can come out.
