I googled expedia recently for dog friendly hotels in Belfast and came up with quite a few, can't remember off hand but i think the hilton was one, i remember because i was surprised. they are cheaper through expedia anyway.

Thanks Inka but they only take dogs which weigh less than 10lbs in weight

We stayed at Down Royal House http://www.downroyalhouse.com/ last year. It was great, in  rural area, lovely rooms and about 30 mins drive from venue

Carrickfergus isn't too far from the show, about 25 mins away, worth looking at hotels around there

Days Inn were fine with dogs when I stayed and didn't charge extra.

Yes, the Days Inn is near the city centre.

I think the Ramada Encore allows dogs.  Again, it's city centre located...about 10 minutes by car from Kings Hall (assume you're asking for Belfast Champ Show?)

Tried both the Days Inn and the Ramada but they said no dogs :-(
It is for the Show Shaynola.
