>now 12 weeks are she expected it too be housetrained
Happens all the time in this throwaway society. Last week I was waiting to collect a bitch that I had just had spayed. A beautiful little toy x breed puppy caught my eye. The owner was waiting to be booked in at reception. She was screeching "SIT" and banging his back end down on the floor with such force I muttered (under my breath) "break his back why don't you!" Naturally, he stood back up once she removed her hand.
She came and sat near me, and I asked if I could touch the pup. He was a normal little pup, jumping at me. She told me how disobedient he was, and she only had him because her sister was getting rid. Why? Peeing in the house! This was his second home at 14 weeks. She told me that he never did as he was told and wouldn't sit. I didn't even have a treat in my hand, just held my hand in front of me, and walked towards the dog, until I reached the point that he needed to sit to get a better view of what was in my hand. She exclaimed, where can I go to get him trained like that. I said you go to class so they can train
you how to act with your dog. I'm not she said, it's my sisters fault, not mine!
Bloody typical! I was spitting feathers.
