I notice in my dog's recently acquired Pet Passport there is a section VIII - other vaccinations.  Does this have to be completed for the yearly boosters as well as his usual vaccination card or instead of or just the old card?

Optional as these vaccines not checked when you re enter  uk. I use this section to list routine vaccinations as these are checked when you enter euro shows, it is a condition of entry that these vaccines are given as manufacturer recommends. Having them recorded in passport saves me taking vaccination card as well.
