Today we went to our new club's fun day and had a fab time winning a 3rd in prettiest bitch & 1st in fancy dress. Can now say I have officially caught the showing bug, even found myself thinking of having another girl to try showing with :) Seeing two 4 month old DDB puppies at the show didn't help either as i fell in love

Yep, totally caught by the bug here too. I showed a little last year with my first dog, but it wasn't until I got a new puppy in January that I started showing at Champ shows. I said to the breeder when I picked him up that I'd probably only do 3 of the local ones (Leeds, Darlington, Driffield). Well he's just turned 10 months and have so far completed 5 Champ shows with another 9 planned between now and Christmas. Plus a fair few Open shows. Well and truly bitten!
