Topic Dog Boards / General / Fabric crate search

Hi all, we used to get our fabric crates from Doghealth, they were the type that have 2 separate poles with springs that slotted along the top to make the frame, and had their own little pocket to slide into while the crate was collapsed, and we liked those fine. But Doghealth don't do them any more. We've had the ones without metal frames, just rigid edges, which are ok for small crates but don't seem sturdy enough for the bigger car crates. And we've had the ones with the integral poles in 2 halves which are supposed to twist and spring apart to collapse, and we've found those terribly stiff to use if you don't often collapse the crate, which we don't. Does anyone know where we can get the fabric crates with the 2 separate poles?

Thanks!

Have you tried ebay, it's great for cheap brand new cages, metal & fabric

They are called Light n Easy crates.  Here you go: http://www.dogcagesuk.co.uk/lnecages.php

I realise that's just the large ones, and end of line I assume,

So here is another make with the poles: http://www.roofbox.co.uk/dog-walking/dogs-pets-carriers.php
