I know this subject has been done...again and again...

BUT...I would like to know what brand would be good for wood/tile/lino floors but doesn't cost a fortune.

Ideally a Pet one would be what I would go for..but for the next few months I am little more than penniless so would like suggestions of a low price but still decent quality.

I found a new place to rent to allow the dogs but am now feeling a bit OCD about cleaning and keeping the hair of 5 dogs at bay incase the landlord take exception to it...

The one I have at the minute is an upright VAX pet one but it is truly done and spews out smelly dog exhaust so a little scared to be using it.
Thanks..

:-)

If I was in that position I'd buy a recon one from Bissel Direct.

I've bought a recon vacuum for upstairs and 2 recon shampooers over the years and all have arrived immaculate and kept going for years.
