hi everyone i have just taken the decision to feed my dogs the barf way but am having trouble finding a butcher to supplie chicken wings would drumsticks be ok as an alternative thanks
My butcher buys in carcass and wings for me - try asking your butcher how much he would charge for 10 Kg or so - might be unwilling to pass up a sale?
Alternatively AMP sell chopped chicken wings - check with your local pet shop.
I *think* drumsticks are legs aren't they? These are not recommended by Billinghurst as they are weight bearing and therefore denser although I would have thought that a beef rib would be more dense than a young chicken's leg Christine

I have a friend near Lichfield who could supply you with chicken wings breast of lamb bones etc etc you could collect it weekly fortnightly or even monthly email me direct if you would like her number.
