Brooke had a papilloma removed from her lip a couple of months ago I have just found one on eachof my other dogs same place and I am sure it is the same thing ( will be going to vet next week)
i am aware they are contagious but my question is how do i stop them being passed one to the other now all the time now we have got the virus and should I have these removed. The vet removed Brookes because I wanted it biopsied and it was getting big ( size of a marble )and I was concerned she would tar it off. the vet was happy to leave it saying they ususally disappear on their own after a few months.
Anyone any experience ? I dont want to spend years trying to stop the dogs catching them or passing them on nor do I want to put them through unessesary ga.
