Was all going so well - but then, after a a suggested message that there were updates on iTunes and my iPad I went ahead and downloaded them. Now though, itunes no longer recognises the iPad or iPhone. I've restarted everything but nothing changes so I wish I'd left well alone !. Any ideas please ?.
I know there are people who hate Apple products but I'm really happy with them - just annoyed at this blip. I can only think that it's something to do with 'Quicktime' or 'iCloud' as it's an older iPhone and iPad I have.

Try googling the issue, I very often find the answer on the Internet.

Just ring your mobile phone provider and they will sort it out for you :-)

Well all sorts of problems. Computer wouldn't let me do anything, even log off in the end. Woke this morning and decided just to switch the whole thing off and luckily all was ok. After googling the same problem I got rid of itunes and then reinstalled it. It worked - thank goodness !.
