Hi all, it's been a long time since I have been on here, one of my main concerns is I have overheard someone locally may be fighting his p/bull, it is really disturbing to me as my breed get mistaken for this fighting breed, also I am really upset in general, it's disgusting. I really need to know who I contact with this matter, I once used RSPCA for something and never heard anything from them, I understand they are really busy, I have no proof barring my mother overhearing this person actually saying it. But iv made enquiry to folk and it's not unheard of.

Please helpxxx

If it was me i would tell rspca, ask them if they will be doing anything about it, make sure you get the name of the person you speak to. i would also speak to the poilce.

Yes, as it is illegal I would contact the police.

Contact Crimestoppers. It's anonymous so you need have no fears of reprisal.

Thanks guys, I spoke to an ex police officer and he said RSPCA, police will just file it and send it to intelegence, they then will wait for numerous complaints about it then possibly act. I seen this guy walking past my home and I was really strong, because my mouth could get me into trouble. He makes me sick. I know people who may have pbt crosses and I know they are illegal but they are harmless, they are good people and good family's, and as long as there is no foul play or dog aggression to ppl, I don't particularly care. But it's ppl like him who need sorting out. A point about him is psychologically he must get pleasure from it as he is not a clean or tastefully person. Now the way I understood any animal fighting is that behind the scenes there is money to be made. Disgusting I know. I am going to ring RSPCA and crime stoppers today and see how iget on.

Many thanks guys, great help xxxx

an annoymous letter to your local newspaper saying that you have reported this matter to the police and rspca but they said they need more reports of it happening and say dogs are getting a rough deal at the moment as it is would the paper be able to look into this as it is local news and see what happens
