i have a spitz bitch that is due her season so dropping her coat everywhere, but she is also having the junior moult OMG i know that it will go down to nothing and we are brushing her out every day and bathing every week to help it all come out, now anyone use anything on their dogs coat or give supplements to help the coat come back better and thicker than normal  , i used to give yumega but it only seems to work on my short haired dogs is there anything i can give her to get a decent coat, she is fed raw and has no other supplements well apart from garlic granuel every other day so any ideas please

What about Salmon body oil, that made a big difference to Ben's ( TM ) coat.

Is it worth trying Yumega again?

I have a long-haired breed whose coat came out in handfulls every Spring.  He lost his coat unevenly and was almost bald around the tops of his legs across his chest.  It looked like these huge moon-boot legs came out of  tiny narrow shoulders.   I rubbed Dermacton at the top of his legs (where he licked a lot and gave Yumega.  Last year and this was the best his coat has ever been.  He seems less irritated and his coat  hasn't dropped out.  Not quite sure which treatment worked but one or both did!!

I always use Dorwest 'Keepers mix' when my spitz moult - groom out as much as possible and I honestly think the keepers mix gets their coat back sooner :)
I did use Yumega and it made no difference whatsoever - very disappointing.
