Hi guys

Im asking for a friend and wondered if anyone had a blank 5 generation pedigree form in word or excel format they could send me or link to a website please.  Her child is doing a project on family tree but he is adopted from afganistan (he came in the country as a baby in a lorry) and has no family, so the school said he could do a special on on his dog or cat so I thought if I got him a blank form he could type the names in and print off and decorate with pictures etc?  Hope someone can help
