Can anybody please advise me of the required sizing for boarding kennels being built from new ie: size for each kennel area per dog.  I am having problems getting the information from our local council,  could you also advise of sizing for the attached runs for each kennel.  Many thanks.

It varies from council to council. Here in Scotland it is the Environmental Health Dept who issue licences, and they should also be able to provide their specifications for new build boarding kennels. Don't know if it is the same in England.

councils usually have such info available on their website - look under licensed dog boarding kennels or similar - it's very much down to the individual licensing authority - usually part of licensing/environmental health section....
