I've just heard that there are dog snatchers at work in the Dumbartion area of Glasgow.  Just thought I should post incase.  Apparently it's 2 men that are using a dog whistle to get the dogs attention then they run in the opposite direction to get the dog to chase and away from the owners.  Police are aware but just be vigilant if you want in this area.
