does anyone know of anyone in the uk that makes flower petal jewelery from customers own flowers? thank you.

Not quite sure what you're looking for, but these people http://www.magnusandbella.co.uk/our-range/memory-keeping/ will set things in resin and make them into jewellery (earrings, bangles, rings pendants, cuff-links).  They do feathers and lace, and old jewellery, and some of the photos look like flowers.  I believe they've also done horse's hair. They're in my "to-do" file to check out for making clippings of my late dogs' hair into something decorative.
