I use it but not to update about my family or myself , I find it very useful to follow the motor sport gossip.

Actually I have clicked infrequent user but in fact I clicked on a link to it joined to read that link and have never used it since. So sorry that is very very very very infrequent!

Again heard about it but would never use it,  we all have telephones, mobile or landline, most of us can send emails, and a few of us can remember how to send letters!
