Topic Dog Boards / Health / Can't poo & sore leg?
- By dollface Date 25.03.12 14:57 UTC
I noticed T-Bone (11 1/2 yrs old) rubbing her bum on the floor on Friday so figured it was her anal glands as usual.
Tried emptying them but doesn't seem to be anything in their- they don't seem full like they usual do.
But her bum feels full of poo (I empty her anal glands by inserting my finger as shown by my vet).
I watched her this morning and it looks like she cannot poop. She has a vet app today. Plus I have to
get her eye's checked. Noticed her 3rd eye kinda stays on her eye ball a bit and her eye's are a lil red.
Am hoping its not glaucoma we just put Sativa down just b4 x-mas due to that after removing her one eye a year before.

She has never had any problems with her bum except maybe every 4-6 months or so I need to empty
her anal glands. Just wondering how she can't poo when I can feel poo and some came out when I tried
to do her glands.

Then to top it off all 3 dogs were playing ball and Moose (5 1/2 months old) must have ran into Junior (12 yrs old) or stepped on his paw cause now
he's not bearing any weight on it- happened Friday evening as well. We figured maybe sprain and was gonna give it a
couple days till Monday just to see but my vet won't be in. So now I am taking in both boston's today- better safe then sorry.

I guess when it rains it pours!! They say things happen in 3rs and guess the 1st thing was that I am not getting
my corso now.
