hi there i have a pomeranian which i am showing at the moment. unfortunatley when she is standing  she droops her tail, but she is by no means nervous. when she is walking she holds it up from the base  but the tail either hangs to to the left or to the right but never straight over her back. i have to keep bending down and placing it over her back myself, which lasts for about half a minute then she drops it again. i have taken her to the vet  but he cant seem to find any injuries. could it be a vitamin deficiency ie calcium?  if anyone can help i would be most grateful

Difficult one, all spitz will drop their tails and for a number of different reasons, boredom, fear, apprehension, many other reasons and just because they want to. Can only suggest that you try keeping her interest with food or a toy but even that may not work because being a spitz she will do what she wants anyway. It is possible to train a dog to tighten the tail but you need to find a trigger before you can teach the dog that is what you want.
