What breeds can you group together in a class? 

Two easy ways, either split into the usual groups, or split inot some all breed age classes - eg Puppy, Junior  and Veteran, then split for Open into Sporting and Non Sporting.

Most people have Puppy, Sporting, Non Sporting, and Open. Sometimes there's a Junior class. I liked one I went to where they had Puppy, Junior, and then each group, so AV Gundog, AV Hound etc, meant the classes weren't quite so huge.
