Hello again everyone! Della my GSD lives with us and our cats. :) There is only one problem, whenever she sees the cats she makes a B-Line straight for them, and gets up in their face! When she does the cats get obviously offended and hiss at her, then she starts barking at the cat. What would you guys recommend me doing to intervine? I would like her to get a long with the cats.

You have got to be carefull when my GSP was 6 months old she nearly lost the sight in her left eye because of our cat.
She like any curious pup pushed the cat that little to far and one clawed swipe to the face resulted in a deep scratch across the eye ( still visible now ).
Time will tell,they will get use to each other,it was nice to see them eventually lying in front of the fire together.
Try feeding them treats together,I use to sit on the floor, dog sitting in front of me.....cat doing what ever he wanted (as cats do ) one treat to the cat....one to the dog...one for the cat..one for the dog.......the focus is taken from each other,the food now becomes the most important thing.
