Not sure what I did but my toolbar /browser has all changed, maybe new Explorer? I cant find a frefresh button any more. Can anyone help please :-)

Sorry don't use IE but it would usually be at the end of the area where you type in the URL you are wanting to visit.
If everything has gone you might have gone full screen. Try pressing f11 on your keyboard.

Try F5
This will refresh not sort the problem out as you def. should have a refresh at he end of the URL string space.
