Incase you don't read my other post related to the halifax pet insurance being ceased, robbie and i have filmed his story today about how the ceasing of halifax policies have affected him and it goes out on daybreak tomorrow about 7.30ish, we are hoping that the halifax may take more notice and treat there customers fairly after seeing how badly this is affected dogs and cats insured with them and hopefully they will start to see that some animals will have to be put to sleep and they will be to blame, how disgusting and heartbreaking

Well done Helen.  Good for you, sticking to your guns, as it must have been hard, knowing that you would be seen by so many.  I admire you for it, and really hope that the Halifax is pestered by many more loving pet owners.

Fantastic interview, (nobody warned me I would need a tissue) you just broke my heart, that shows how well you came across, you did so well.

Robbie is absolutely gorgeous, I really hope there is some sort of help for everyone caught up in this, who would ever believe such a huge company like the Halifax would do this, you would have felt very safe in their hands.

Yeah trying to get compensation from the halifax as its them that has pulled the plug but won't hold my breath as they feel they are in the right to do this so not sure what is gonna happen. Been hounded them with letters and phonecalls since they pulled the plug back in october and not got anywhere as yet but gonna keep fighting and hope one day they give in and do justice for our beloved animals, they cannot fight for themselves so we need to fight for them

Good for you Helen, you did really well there, I'm sure i wasn't alone in welling up watching it.

Keeping everything crossed a bit of bad publicity and public pressure will make the Halifax see sense
