Is this the same as the KC registered number?

I'm just filling in a show entry form and it says "Registered Name of Dog (and ATC number if applicable)".

No, the ATC number is for 'foreign' dogs. :-) They need to apply for permission to show in this country. You just need to put your dog's registered name.
