hi i have a nearly 5 year old dog .just found out his kidneys arnt working right ,he has had 2 litres of fluid drained off his chest 2 weeks ago and today 1 and a half.been told to feed him prescription dried food .he wont eat it .any advice on feeding and his health would be very welcome as the vet today was very unhelpfull.thanks x

Don't really know what to suggest, but maybe call back and speak to one of the vet techs or nurses - they are trained in nutrition, and should be able to help.
