Halifax was discussed on The One Show today so will be on the BBC iplayer tomorrow I would think.
There is an on-line petition to sign to help someone called Chris Law to help save her pet Sally but we all need help so hopefully enough signatures will do us all a bit of good (didn't show link not sure if I am allowed) but just type in  Google the obvious information.

I was disappointed by the coverage and felt they only dealt with the issue in the sense of the loss of availability of that type of cover, for instance they looked at the acute condition of a dalmatian with previous stones who may or may not ever need to make a further claim (although it might help if the owner didn't over feed him :)) but not on the position of animals with chronic conditions currently requiring ongoing treatment and prescriptions.

Yes I quite agree it seems they touched on the subject very lightly and didn't seem to want to go any further with it, I am sure lots of people on here would love to have been interviewed with their own particular pet's story, it just seemed to me that they wanted to highlight the story and then 'Oh well let's move on' sort of thing....
