Hi,i'm new here so Hello Firstly :) and please bare with me :)
I was wondering what opinions people have about breeder clubs and the benefits..
I have a large breed litter and have decided to wean them onto Arden Grange..so was wondering if they are any good.. I use either Autarky or Skinners.. but thought i'd wean the litter onto AG instead :) AG is better right? :)..Any one here use AG it seems a very good food, and mum and pups ar enjoying and doing very well too..any one what are their requirements for their breeder club.. I got the food from Berriewood but see you can order directly but the price is higher..i want to do right for the pups..but also if i can get the food at a cheaper price then it's not a bad think hey..it's still the same food but deals are always good lets be honest..:) sorry for all the questions anyway oops... but would appreciate anyones opinions please..Thankyou in advance  :)

Everyone has their favourite food.  And all breeders think they do it best.  Right?  :-)  :-)

There are  lot on CD who would recommend AG.  I have only bought it myself when on offer at Berriewoods or Titmus.

I know Barbara on here swears by it, and has reared lots of pups on it.  Judging by the look of her dogs, I would say that you can't go far wrong.  I don't know the breeder criteria, but would say it is definitely worth a phone call and a chat.  I have seen good comments about their customer service.

You have nothing to lose by having a chat to them.  :-)

And welcome to CD.  Be warned though.  It can become addictive.  :-)

Most breeders service state one has to have x amount of breeding bitches. It is irrelevant if one has the required amount of stud dogs, as my sister tried & was told it has to be bitches!!!
My mother & I used to belong to Pedigree, then The Natural dog food company, we now belong to James Wellbeloved.

I'm a member of the breeders club for AG, and Fish4Dogs (both with just boys, no bitches!)

I've always found that you can buy AG cheaper elsewhere (VetUK is usually pretty good on price), but AG customer service and nutritional advice is excellent.

Fish4Dogs, with breeder prices, are pretty good.  My pup was raised on it and all 3 of my dogs really enjoy this food.  I tend to buy when they have special offers if I can.  I think their breeder bags for new owners are excellent.

My dogs are predominantly raw fed but I like to keep some kibble in their diet and these two companies both provide good food that suits my dogs :)

I've been with the breeders club for years. They didnt then require you to have bitches, had to show or work your dogs though.
I've fed all my dogs now predominately AG during puppyhood and highly recommend it. It's easier for me as I live round the corner from their office so I collect and save on delivery..
I've just put my adult back onto it and it's made a real difference to him :-)

I have been using AG mainly or in conjunction with other foods now since 2000, always seem to come back to it as the mainstay.

Certainly the two favourites in our breed are AG Lamb and Fish4Dogs.
