Has anyone had experience of Nodular Granulomatous Epideritis?

Noticed some time ago a small pea size cyst in far corner of an eye, which after a course of Matrixcol drops didn't shrink. Advised it was best removed & send for biopsy, the results came back as above. Antibiotic drops & tablets, Matrixcol for a further week, now a course of steroids with perhaps more in the future. Told it's not uncommon for the other eye to be affected has anyone had a dog with this problem & how did they do?

Can anyone help?
