Just took the dog out for a road walk. Every time I bent over to pick up a parcel, a car tooted and flashed their lights. With two dogs this was several times. I was wearing an old pair of joggers and a coat??????

LOL, have you checked for splits :-)

Have you checked to make sure you haven't sat in something or have the joggers got a hole where there shouldn't be!? Other than that take it as a compliment! Perhaps it was the same car that kept driving round the block! LOL!

I have checked all obvious avenues and trust me its not one they should take.

Wouldn't it have been dark??  Maybe they were just applauding you for "picking up the parcel"  :)  :)
