I have been trying to active a new policy online but because I am donating the puppy it will not allow me to have zero's in the cost of puppy box.

Just telephoned to activate, only to be told that as the puppy is going to an organisation, they do not insure - this doesn't seem fair does it?

I have donated 3 pups and each time I told them the full price (I still do it over the phone), I have never had a problem... Although, none of the puppies have taken up the full insurance, nor required treatment under the (then) 6week free insurance cover... Not sure what would happen if they had needed to.

Perhaps I should have entered what the price of a puppy should have been - too honest I suppose...

When speaking to an advisor, I was told that puppies going to organisations are not covered but going to individuals are!

Will the KC 4 weeks insurance cover the pup or will they not do it either?

Managed to do that on-line ok with no payment - so he is covered....
