I need some help please
My faithful pup Bella of 13 years is not well. Previously had spleen out 4 years ago. Had eye removed due to tuma not cancerous. has jelly like lumbs on left side not yet diagnosed as cancer. now 3 days ago she seemed latheghic, the last 3 days i noticed her stomach was bigger than normal. I was worried took her to the vet. Bloods taken results indicated, increased wbc count, decreased PCV indicating annemia, liver enzymes 215 .  she also has a heart murmer  which has never been diagnosed before.I now have an appoointment with the specialist but not my usual specialist (both internal medican) as could not get an appointment with the one  i prefer. but its my bellas life at stake. at present she is sitting beside me resting on the lounge while i type this. I was wondering could she have haemolytic anemia.

any suggestions i am not ready to lose her yet

Raised WCC indicates an infection somewhere, having no spleen puts her body under stress when ill which in turn affects other systems.

In the US you use a different scoring system for blood results so I don't know how abnormal those liver results are.

Hopefully the speciallist will have some answers.
