I know pregnant bitches can suffer morning sickness, but can a bitch undergoing a phantom pregnancy have morning sickness?

Yes, that is possible. A phantom pregnancy is just that...it shows all (or most) of the signs of pregnancy as the dogs body believes she is pregnant.

My bitch brought up bile this morning- very unlike her...im hoping it is the real thing though!
