Is anyone else having problems printing out there passes for Richmond?

I can print off the admission pass, however I am unable to print off the cark park voucher, removal order and Catalogue voucher
The following message prints off instead

There then follows 12 lines of commands (I was unable to copy and paste these).
I have checked my printer and just printed off my passes for City of Birmingham without issue
I have contact Higham press on this - they were not very helpful or even interested! They just told me to use another computer. i have already tried two machines.
They have told me that they will print them off for me at the show, however as I have paid for carparking/catolouge to save time and hassle, I am not very impressed with this option.

Any iseas anyone?

I am fuming about this. I got some of the IT people from work to help me on this, and have finally managed to print it out (they changed some of the document properties), they had not been set properly when Higham press set up the document

I (like most people) pay for my catolouge and car parking in advance, so to save time and hassle at the show.

Our friends at Higham press told me that I should pay for the car park again, and contact the show secretary to claim it back!
I would have then needed to mess about with dogs and show stuff in tow to find the Higham Press test/stand and then get my passes printed off from them.

I am really angry about this, this defeats the whole object of entering on line.
i wont be bothering again. I will resort to the old fashioned way, via the post.
At least the passes will be sent out, saving all of this hassle.

I had this problem with a previous show, it is very annoying!

Glad I am not the only one.

We pay alot of money to enter shows, and deserve to be treated properly, especially when Higham press have made the error.

I was most annoyed at there attitude, you know pay out again for car parking, and then run around trying to claim it back and sort your passes etc.

You need to chill out a bit before your classes, not run around stressed up to the eyeballs.
