Remembered yesterday that I was told he can open his stable door and let himself out.

I have visions of him doing this and getting into the feed room and me coming back to a horendous bill

Don't worry about that I've got one just the same - just buy one of the animal proof bolts they work a treat! :)

I have just got to work out how to stop him bringing himself in from the field now!:D

PS Don't rely on a bottom bolt as they just as easy to undo once they have the techinque!!! :D :D
