Has anyone got these (not fitted on new car). Getting a LWB and think they might be a good idea. Some come with cameras or are wireless. So many types, just wondered if anyone had tried and tested any of these. Are they easy to fit or is it better to get fitted properly
Thanks

Had rear parking sensors fitted to my Vito (compact, or rather, normal wb!). Complete waste of time, they just make a horrible noise & I have absolutely no faith in them whatsoever. However, I do have bloomin good wing mirrors which I do have faith in :)

I'd recommend waiting & see how you get on with your new vehicle, you may find that you don't need them.

We have rear car parking sensors with camera fitted as standard on our car.  The camera is fantastic to spot people in car parks who might suddenly walk behind and excellent for low hazards like boulders or bollards but the sensor is a bit of a nuisance.  If I stopped every time the bloomin' thing went off I'd be sticking out of a space by 2ft and never have a car next to me.

However, on reflection, I'd still rather have it than not but you do need to learn the dimensions of your car in the normal way (touch parking!!) :)

When I bought my van I paid and had parking sensors fitted, they're brill and have saved my no claims bonus many times; thereby paying for themselves lol
