Normally all I get is junk mail or bills. So I was pleasantly surprised when I opened a bill type letter today only to find that about 10 years ago when we cashed in our endowment policy that was pants basically,we were under paid.So I have a totally unexpected cheque for over £700.Happy days :)

Whooo Hooo... how lovely a bit of good luck, we get too many bills and junk mail (Own business so we get loads)
How nice to be able to sit and ponder on what to use it on!!! :-)

Think its probabaly well spent anyway lol.I have been on sick leave for 6 weeks and only on SSP.Last week we went up to Surrey to collect some built in crates for our van.The garage door broke so we had to have a new one,OH put new windows in and broke 2 drills,so had to go to B&Q for a new one.
Also I have my eye on some kennels...........

Hope they paid you interest for the extra 10 years, although rates are low now there were not too bad 10 years ago and I reckon they should owe you something over and above the amount you were underpaid, £700 would most certainly have bought more then than now so they need to make up the difference.
