Thank you all who replied to my last post. It all got a bit technical for me, so I thought I had better update.
I took Elle to the vet again on Thurs night and saw another vet in the practice. She agreed that Elle wasn't walking properly, and she has a slight twitch on her left side and her eyes were slightly drifting. So she wants her to be reffered to a specialist for a brain scan. The insurance people have passed it for approval so its all sistems go and I will keep you all posted.
For those of you who don't know what is going on Elle is 6 and has a heart murmure. She had her first fit at 18mths lasting only a couple of minutes another one 12mths later and another one 18mths after that then one last November. On 4th May she had a cluster fit lasting 1hr 20mins, we called the vet out and she came as Elle was just coming out of it. She took bloods and started her on 30mg Epiphen twice daily. Two weeks later more bloods done then 15mg Phenobarb twice daily with the Epiphen. Two weeks later more bloods done. Carry on with the medication. Elle has got progressivly bad on her legs, she does not like to go for a walk anymore every step is an effort for her, she cant jump up on the sette any more. Back to the vet, who wondered if it was the medication. So he changed Phenobarb to 325mg Libromide twice daily. She is going worse on her legs they keep collapsing all the time and all she does is sleep. Its very upsetting to see her like this, before the cluster fit she was a cheeky, playful, lively little girl who loved to go for walks.

it's possible she has a slow growing tumor and thats causing her symtoms or could she have hit her head during a fit at all.
