Once again this man is responsible for the deaths of more dogs. Do people not learn? Why would you entrust your dog to the care of this man after he did this once before. Do they not insist on referrences and do some  homework before employing handlers? Is it such big buisness in USA that his skill as a handler comes before his stupidity.
