Have you asked your breeder for help
I suppose I will take a chance and reply for the dog
First make sure your dog is not sick , When the vet tells you he is not sick then a dose of hunger usually gets rid of picky habits.

Dogs,
Have you tried him with the raw, green tripe? It stinks to high heaven but they don't usually refuse that. Could it be that he's just off his food if your bitch is coming into season? (as per one of your other threads)

Dogs,
I'm not sure where you get it nowadays. We used to have it delivered when we fed it. Ask at an independent pet shop if you have any nearby. The big shops like Pets at Home don't keep it.
If it's frozen when you get it, you just defrost it thoroughly and mash it up with a fork. (If you're like me keep a bucket handy as you'll be throwing up into it!!) :) :)

My dog LOVES tripe. I get it from my local petshop in 2 Kg bags, 'free-flow'. I put his ration in a bowl, microwave it for a few minutes, then when cool, tip it in his bowl. It is best to keep your face pointed away from the tripe as it smells absolutely vile! ;)

Yeah I caught that one too!
But you beat me too it Phil! :D
Nicky

You should be able to get it deleivered by the dog meat firms that supply your area, as having 3 dogs, shortly to be six, you would be better buying in bulk. Otherwise places like Jollyes, Pets at Home have it by the Pound in their freezer section.
Raw green tripe is fed Raw for maximum benefir, and if you don't want to drive the whole streat away. Nothing fouler smelling than green tripe being cooked!!!!

Fit and Fertile is advertised in Dog World. There is a website www.fitandfertile.com
I haven't seen it in petshops.
