Has anyone used this :New Life Puppy Kit

Im trying to figure out if to get the puppy stim and nutri drops or if the above would do the same job ? Im worried about the way the puppy stim is administered , if the syringe it is in would be hard to dose the correct amount or if it would shoot out too fast ?

If I have either of the above do I need to get Dopram V too , and is that just for straight after birth or can it be used later aswell ?

I have that pack and didn't need the colostrum for the new borns so mixed it up at weaning time and used it then rather than letting it go to waste. Not tried the puppy stim as the nutrodrops have worked fine in the past for pups and the dam.

Dopram V is used to stimulate the breathing, only used it post whelping, it would probably work on a pup who was older and having breathing problems but it would depend on the under lying cause.

For the last few litters we've had I've bought PuppyStim and thankfully never had to use it, I've just thrown the last one away (unused).  The syringe is measured in 1ml graduations with a "wheel" you put against the 1ml measure and then put the nozzle to the back of the tongue.  The syringe is used in exactly the same way as panacur paste for worming puppies. 

The new life puppy kit looks the same as the kits (not hyper drug) we used to buy 20 odd years ago, again thankfully never had to use.

I dismantle a 1ml syringe. Put my finger over the bottom and squirt the puppy stim into the syringe. Put the syringe back together and its much easier to administer that way. Not tried that kit though. Will have a look now.

I bought the puppy kit last time - and am looking at the Puppystim for this time.  Luckily I didn't need the kit last time and fingers crossed won't this time either...

What did you end up buying in the end?
