Hi
I'm no expert, but it sounds like she's playing you up! And now she's found it works, i.e. gets your attention, it will be difficult to break (imho).
If she were outside barking I would try the old water pistol treatment, every time she barks you shoot her with water, it has the effect of distracting her from barking and she will also associate barking with getting wet, an unpleasant feeling with out harm. :)
However as it is indoors try distracting her by throwing keys on the floor, the noise should stop her barking, don't engage her, just throw the keys down, ignore her, and pick them up ready for next time.
I feel she has to learn that barking will not get your attention.
I'm sure others will have tips & advice too, just hope no one takes too much against mine!

I also think she is attention-seeking. You could try leaving her lead on around the house and then, as soon as she barks while you are watching TV etc, simply grab her lead (so she cannot hide as she has been) and pop her out of the room, without any fuss, or eye contact, speech, etc. Then after a couple of minutes, if she is quiet, let her back in. She will soon realise that barking does not get her the type of attention she would like! Well it worked for mine anyway. Good luck!
