Do you buy a congratulations card for friends for a win at a show?

If cards were made specifically for the dog showing world, would you buy one for a friend?

For example - A classy hi-spec glossy card that carries the message on the front 'Congratulations on you CC' or 'Well done on you fantasic placing'.... along those lines......

If you would what you say would be a fair amount to pay?

I tend to send emails or ecards so wouldn't buy a card

I used to buy Congratulations on qualifing for Crufts and give them to the people who had shown my dogs at Crufts.

It depends on the win, it would need to be special -but I have in the past bought cards on CC wins and Champions made up. You can usually find such cards at shows, for the very purpose. I received a few when I made my first Champion up. :)

I make them myself for special wins - have also made some to sell on behalf of rescue, but not big sellers.

Done thing in my breed.
For CCs if it's a first but certainly for a new made champion.

I do occasionally but I always have blank cards(tend to buy blank to cover all occasions) & try not to pay any more than £1.50...well if M&S can sell for £1/£1.50 then that suits me. I also buy from my breed rescue & have ordered some straight from a supplier as they were cheap enough. I buy quality cards.

I have bought ordinary Congratulation cards but don't think I would buy one specifically made for a dog show win.

Yes, I got a few when Henry got his CC, it was a lovely surprise! Nowadays you'd probably just get Facebook messages! :-D

I have sent one in the past when a friend made up her dog, and have received them after my girls took back to back CC's (my first!) It was a lovely suprise. For the special wins it is always appreciated.
