As the title states. .please do not open any e-mails sent from me.. it seems I have been hacked (again) and sending spam/virus mails

This is happening to my e-mail account too. The only way I have come up with to stop it, is to delete everything in my address book and delete the e-mail address every time I send one. I can always apologise to people I know well, but I worry about offending people I know less well. My spam is pharmaceutical stuff from the USA and Canada, it's rather embarassing sending info on Viagra to aquaintances I barely know.

Does anyone know how I can deal with this once and for all?
