I washed out two plastic milk bottles and left them outside when the phone rang, when i came back one of the bottles had gone. I looked every where for it but couldn't find it any where, so i asked my husband to look for it with me because it couldn't just disappear!
Then one of my dogs went nearly to the bottom of the garden and stood there and looked back at us. We both looked at her wondering what she was doing but carried on looking for the bottle. After a few minutes i thought what is that thing at the bottom of our garden? so my husband went and looked and it was the empty milk bottle all scrunched up. My husband said he heard a noise in the garden sounding like scrunched plastic but thought no more of it, so obviously she had been playing with it. She remembered we used to give her these to play with as a puppy and she's 10 years old now!

You see this sort of thing on TV like Lassie but i never knew it was true.

I always said she was a clever dog. :)

My 9 month pup steals them from the re-cycling bin if I am not carefull. She would have every one out and spread round the garden if she got her own way... along with the cardboard too which she loves to tear up.. some days the garden look like a tip..LOL
Glad to see at 10 years she still has a sence of humor,
