I'm using Eye Envy and it's not bad, but the staining is still there though not as bad. Haven't tried hibiscrub, is it safe to use near eyes, even diluted?

I've used Doreen Page Banish on stains, but not on eyes although product information says it is suitable.

You could try Happytails eye wipes and eyemunity.  Its a two part treatment, the wipes to clean the eyes and a supplement that adds to the feed to help combat the problem.  All Homeopathic too.

If the stains are already there you should find they move a little at a time- You may have to clean them every day. I find going against the fur helps and gets right to the root. Afterwards try a little vaseline where the stains appear. This makes any tears run off rather than stain. You will remove this the next day when cleaning eye area again.
Also worth checking eyelids that all hairs are growing in the right direction and not irritating the eye.
IMO tears are ok during teething but I would want to find out why if it continued past teething

angels glow is supposed to be good, you put it in there food i asked at club last night a lady uses it she used to be only able to get it from america but now she gets it off ebay, she has white poodles and a bichon and i had noticed that her bichon over the last three weeks his tear stains where gone and she said she started to give it to him as she has always given it to her poodles that have needed it and she said that after two weeks she had noticed the difference with him.

so i have never used it but i am getting some for the rescue we have taken in as he has huge eye staining and we wash them every day but you can tell when he is stressed as they seem to flare up
