This past weekend I was at the Norfolk Show and I had two min pins entered.  Sonny, who I have been showing for ages has seemed to take off finally.  Judges are now realizing what a hackney gait is!  Sonny got Winners Dog all four shows, and then Best of Breed the last show which puts him on 7 points (he needs 10 total).  I am so happy, over the moon about this. 
I also showed some Dashies and got Best of Breed on a Mini Wired Hair and also Best Puppy on a Mini Smooth.  I hadnt shown dashies before so it was so much fun!  The judge told me that I could have gotten Best of Breed and Best Puppy on my Mini Smooth if I had noticed that his front foot was out a bit so it ruined the "look" of the stack.  So from then on, each time I went in the ring under that judge I made sure the front was great.  lol.  But I am glad she pointed it out, because I had no clue when I walked in the ring with my mini smooth how to show a dashie.
