Hi Folks,please can you help.
My daughters GSD bitch is 10 months old & and I look after them daily when she is at work,we have checked Bella every 2 days since she was 9 months old .We use baby wet wipes, the colour has not changed in the last month just dirty looking, but my 8 year old full male is this morning taking notice & has tried to put a leg over, she is having none of it ,she thinks its a game. Question is could she be in season with no discharge .I have had bitches but they have all bled ,noticably.Do not want any accidents so need to know position so can seperate asap.
Thanking you in advance for any information that you can impart.

Is she at all swollen? I susspect she is nearing a season so just be very vigilant. Blind/silent seasons are not unknown but are not common.
I would use a dry white tissue it shows up easier. (no males in my house...so around 8/9months I keep a close eye on the pups) My first sign is usually a drop of blood on the tiled floor...then I spend ages trying to find a cut on one of them..untill realization dawns...
